Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard international shipping normally takes 7–25 business days after dispatch. Delivery time depends on the destination country, logistics carrier and customs clearance progress.
DIR is not liable for shipping delays, customs detention, or customs duties and taxes charged in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for import taxes under local laws.
If tracking shows delivered, loss or theft after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.
Loss caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address supplied by the customer will not be compensated.
Please record a complete unboxing video when receiving the parcel. If an item is damaged in transit, send video and photo evidence within 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the parcel has been dispatched.
